Baby White: The HULL of popcorn is the SEED COAT, ALL popcorn has one. The popcorn we consider hulless, are the varieties that are very small in size, tiny. Once the popcorn pops, most of the hull disintegrates, leaving a small tender kernel. We take great pride in our gourmet popcorn which makes us stand out from all the others.

Blue Heirloom: These heirloom popcorn seeds for sale are known as "Shaman's Blue popcorn seeds" and are a variety of blue corn. Blue corn originated in the Andes Mountains of Peru, where the native peoples usually ground it into flour for cooking. Indians of Mexico and the southwestern United States also widely used this corn, since its dryness made it an excellent flour corn and gave it good resistance to disease.
